art color的氛圍還不錯，一層可以自己煮東西也可以燒熱水，很多住客都很不錯很熱心。衹是吃飯要去老闆的另一間民宿Life is beautiful去吃飯，走路10min的距離，餐食還可以，早餐麵包沙拉香腸咖啡，每天都是一樣的，晚餐衹有湯泡飯可以吃，可以吃飽，想吃其他的可以加價點餐。唯一讓我氣憤的是老闆的態度和服務！入住民宿接送不是正常服務範圍嗎？老闆面對白人就一副諂媚的樣子，可以用翻譯器和他們聊天，面對大陸人就假裝聽不懂英語！晚上風雪交加的天氣，和老闆溝通把我從life is beautiful送到arts color，但是被拒絕要求我一個女孩子獨自走過去！氣憤的是我出門後他很快也出門開車到了arts color，但是路過我的時候根本沒有理會我讓我自己走！更氣憤的是第二天早餐後送雪場他中途免費主動接送了一位德國女孩子！真的是一副噁心嘴臉🤢安比很好，但這裡我再也不會住了！有錢也不會讓你們賺！

這次訂的是Arts Color，但實際是住到老闆另一間有餐廳的主樓Life is Beautful(應該叫美麗人生吧~)，民宿離安比滑雪場&白樺溫泉走路大約10-15分鐘，還不算太遠，重點民宿晚餐看似樸實，但超級好吃，有法式餐廳水準，早上8-9點&下午16-17點有免費送迎(安比車站or安比滑雪場)，B1有貸切風呂，就像陽明山個人溫泉的大小，但滑完雪來泡一下真得很放鬆，民宿對面還有一間很美很有氣氛的APPI House麵包咖啡廳，隔壁有間ROCKY BBQ餐廳，在這鄉下的夜晚，這樣的店家已經算很多了，因為到這夜晚這裡真得沒有任何夜生活，可以考慮去白樺溫泉泡個湯(營業到23點)，這次是一個人的旅行，一泊兩食費用是NT2100/天，我覺得很超值，值得推薦，希望不要隔太久還能再造訪。

總體不錯。早餐在另外一家享用，老闆會開車送過去。不過我們入住的第二天，因為突然雨夾雪，為了不麻煩老闆送我們回去住地，結果一下子感冒了一週。有對這樣分開用餐有要求的，自行考慮。

I like the breakfast. You can reach Appi by driving for 5 min. Can cook and do laundry. Room is clean. Room is a bit old and light is not bright enough. Overall is good. Price is very reasonable.

Just my views. The Lodge you booked me into Life is Beautiful and its sister lodge Arts Color are far superior to the ANA Hotel. In my dealings with the ANA their over all product and especially the customer service because of untrained staff is no where near that in the 2 lodges owned and operated by Tom and his staff ( all family so a different level of care). The meals at Toms are excellent and have varied everyday and are of the highest quality. The rooms are on par with the ANA and can have from 1 to 5 beds in a room, also can have cooking facilities The overall home feeling they have is great. I no ski in ski out is important but Tom will ferry guest back and forth to locations at a moments notice. Just a far superior product in my view and gives a far better real experience. Maybe when your here we can find a minute to come and view the locations and you can see what I mean.

Important warning about this hotel… it’s located far from slopes/bus routes with no reliable shuttle service despite advertising one. When I tried to arrange pickup, management claimed they couldn't find my reservation and then stopped answering calls completely. 訂房網站 couldn't help resolve the issue. Had to forfeit my $150 booking (2 nights) and book elsewhere. Bottom line: Avoid if you don't have a car. Poor communication and unreliable service made this an expensive lesson
